Privacy
Short, because there is not much to say. We ask for an email address, we send you what you asked for, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
An email address, when you give us one.
Email addresses are collected for exactly three reasons, and no others:
- Your Napkin Test report — so we can send you the full reading, and invite you to what comes next.
- Next Level — the monthly magazine, one issue a month.
- Course and cohort communication — session times, materials, and the notes that go with something you enrolled in.
If you write to us through a speaking request or a church packet request, we keep what you typed — your name, your congregation, your note — so a person can answer you. That is correspondence, not a marketing list, and it is not merged into one.
The site records ordinary, aggregate traffic counts: which pages get read, on what kind of device. That data is not tied to your name and is not used to follow you anywhere else.
The site also uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform; it learns that a page was viewed or a Napkin Test was finished, never your name, email, or answers.
The Napkin Test
What happens to your answers.
When you give us your first name and email partway through the test, and again when you finish, your answers go to our server. That is how your report is built and how it is emailed to you. If you skip the email step, your answers are still scored on our server and stored, but with no name or address attached; the reading comes back to your screen and nothing is sent to an inbox.
What we keep: the gift you named, your answers, the scores and the pattern they produce, and, if you gave them, your first name and email address. Why: to build and send your report, and so that you can take the test again on the same gift a year from now and see what moved.
Your answers live in our database and are seen only by you and Dr. Hill’s team. The email platform that delivers your report and Dr. Hill’s letters receives your name, email, the gift you named, and the name of your condition and pattern, not your individual answers.
Your answers are never sold, and never shared with Meta or any other advertiser. The Meta Pixel learns only that a test was finished. What you are carrying is nobody’s business but yours and God’s, and a diagnostic you cannot be honest on is worthless.
To have your answers deleted, write to privacy@glakehillministries.com. We will do it and confirm when it is done.
What we never do
Your address is not for sale.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or lend email addresses. Not to a partner, not to a publisher, not to another ministry, not for any amount of money. Ever. There is no version of this ministry where that becomes negotiable.
We use ordinary service providers to do ordinary work — an email platform to deliver the magazine, a payment processor when you buy something. They handle your information only to do that job for us and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We do not send daily email. Signing up for one thing does not sign you up for everything.
Leaving
How to unsubscribe.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no survey, no “are you sure,” no follow-up asking you to reconsider. It takes effect immediately.
You can also write to privacy@glakehillministries.com and ask us to remove you, to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it. We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done.
